- Click the ‘create an account’ link on the top right of the website.
- Fill in the required details in the page and click ‘create account’
- You will receive an email from us within a few minutes on your account registration.
- Once you have created your account, you may sign in to your account by clicking on ‘sign in’ on the top right of the website and filling in your details.
On the sign in page, click on ‘forgot your password’ and follow the instructions and you will receive an email from us for resetting your password.
- Click on your name on the top right of the website to access your account.
- Click on ‘Information’.
- You can select and change your details by editing and replacing your old details with new ones. Once you are done, click ‘Save’ to confirm the changes.

- Click on ‘Addresses’.
- If you want to edit your existing address, click ‘update’ on the address you wish to change and replace your old details with new ones. Click ‘Save’ to confirm the changes.
- If you wish to add a new address, click ‘Create new address’ and enter your address details. When you are done, click ‘Save’.
You can search by clicking on the ‘search’ bar on the top and entering the product you wish to look for, or you can navigate to our ‘categories’ section on the top left of the website to find the specific item in the category.
Yes, you will need to create an account to be able to make a purchase with us.
However, you do not need an account to browse our product.
- To add a product into your cart, go to the product you want to add and click on ‘add to cart’.
- To delete a product in your cart, click on ‘my cart’ to bring you into your cart page, then click on ‘remove’ to remove the product(s), or click on the quantity arrow to remove the product(s).
- Select the product that you would like to buy and add the product into your cart.
- In your cart, select ‘proceed to checkout’ to bring you into the checkout page.
- Sign in to your account if you have not done so.
- Enter in the required details like your name and address and click ‘continue’
- Select your preferred shipping method and fill in any additional comments if you have any and click ‘continue’’
- Select your preferred payment method and tick on the checkbox and click ‘continue’.
- If the checkout is successful, you will receive a confirmation email from us containing your order receipt and details.’
- Once the order is processed, we will contact you again for further instructions based on your chosen delivery and payment methods.
We accept cash or Debit/Credit card payment at AIFA Centre, cash on delivery and Bank Transfer. Please refer to our Payment Methods section here for further information.
Unfortunately, we do not accept payments for online orders at other AIFA branches except AIFA Centre for the time being.
However, we also accept payments by Bank Transfer and cash on delivery!
All currencies listed on the website are in Brunei Dollars (BND).
If you wish to track your order, you can contact us by calling +6737192322 and providing your order number for our reference. Our team will notify you the current state of your order.
If your order has not been processed yet, you can cancel your order by contacting us at +6737192322 and providing your order number.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order if it has already been processed by us.

Yes, we provide delivery to all four districts in Brunei Darussalam! You can refer HERE for more information.
Yes, we will notify you via email/phone when your order is ready for delivery.

Yes, you are allowed to do so. However, the person collecting the order on your behalf will need to present the email confirmation with the order number for security reasons.
Unfortunately, we are unable to change your delivery address once you have placed your order.
At the moment, we do not provide shipping services outside of Brunei Darussalam.
